Privacy and personal data.
This page explains what data we collect on taossoftware.com, what we use it for, and your rights. It is our disclosure notice under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and it also covers GDPR visitors.
What do we collect?
When you fill in the contact form we receive your name, email address, company name if you give one, and whatever you write in the message. There are no accounts and no payments on this site. The server keeps short-lived request logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security.
What do we use it for?
Only to get back to you, assess your project and prepare a quote. We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to anyone, or add you to a newsletter.
Legal basis
We process form data under KVKK art. 5/2-c (necessary to enter into a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest); for GDPR the equivalent bases are art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f). By sending the form you confirm you have read this notice.
Who sees it, where is it kept?
Form submissions reach us by email and are stored in a spreadsheet. This uses the servers of email and spreadsheet providers (e.g. Google), which may be outside Turkey. It is shared with no other organisation, and with authorities only where the law requires.
How long do we keep it?
If no business relationship follows, we delete form records within 2 years at most. If one does, we keep them for as long as the contract and the law require.
Cookies
There are no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics on this site. Only your language choice (TR/EN) is kept in your browser's own storage and never sent to us. That is why we do not show a cookie banner.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 (and GDPR arts. 15 to 21) you can ask whether we process your data, request a copy, ask for correction or deletion, and object. Write to the email address below; we answer within 30 days at the latest.
