A record is opened in the CRM and merged with the customer's history if they came before. The right rep gets a task.
Proposal draft
A draft is built from the price list and past proposals. Nothing goes to the customer until the rep approves it.
Follow-up
If there is no reply, a reminder goes out on the days you set and the CRM is updated.
Daily report
The manager gets a summary of incoming requests, proposals sent and open work.

How much does AI automation cost?
Automating one workflow starts at $2,000; an AI assistant or agent starts at $4,000. If you are not sure where to start, the five-day discovery and consulting engagement is $600 and is credited to the build. The price is fixed once the scope is written; if the work takes longer than we estimated, the difference is ours. We also estimate the AI model's usage cost up front.
How long does it take?
Automating one workflow takes two to three weeks; an AI assistant or agent three to five weeks. We set the exact timeline together at the end of discovery.
Which software does it work with?
The CRM, ERP, accounting software, Google Sheets, email and WhatsApp Business you already use. If a program has no API (the door programs use to exchange data), we build a route that works through exported files or email.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
Messages to customers are approved by a person, so mistakes are caught before they go out. The system flags any field it is unsure of and asks. Every step is logged, so a mistake can be traced and fixed. Fixes in the first 30 days are on us.
Where is our data kept?
The system runs on your server or in your cloud account; your data does not pile up with us. Where needed we mask personal data before it reaches the AI model. We set it up in line with KVKK and GDPR.
Do you only build chatbots?
A chat assistant can be part of the work. What we build is the flow that runs the job end to end: the system that takes the request, records it, assigns the task, drafts the proposal and follows up.
Do you work with companies outside Istanbul?
Yes. We are based in Istanbul; first calls and discovery happen in person or online, and the setup itself runs remotely. We work the same way with companies anywhere in Türkiye and abroad.
