We quote in US dollars because most of the services we build on are priced in dollars; invoices are issued in Turkish lira at the Central Bank rate of the day. Usage fees paid to the AI provider are a separate line, charged at cost and estimated for your volume during the intro call.
Who we are
TAOS is an AI product studio founded in Istanbul in 2026 by Tanju Mutlu and Osman Can Esa, and the name comes from our two names. Tanju looks after business development and product, Osman after software architecture. When you work with us there is no middle layer: you talk to the person doing the work.
We build our own products with the same team and use the systems we recommend in our own work first. Our company memory, our sales follow-up and our daily reports all run on them.

What does TAOS do?
TAOS is an Istanbul-based product studio that builds software that runs on AI for agencies and mid-sized companies. We give agencies white-label development support. For companies we automate repeated work, bring company knowledge into one place and, where needed, build custom software and mobile apps.
How do you work with agencies?
We build websites, mobile apps or AI projects for your agency's clients; the work is delivered under your brand and your client keeps working with you. Scope, timeline and price are set up front for every job. In busy periods you can think of us as a development team that joins yours.
What is a company memory (company brain)?
A system that gathers a company's contracts, proposals, meeting notes and decisions in one place. When you ask “what price did we give this client last year?”, the answer comes back in seconds with the file it came from. Work is not done twice, knowledge does not leave with people, and new hires ask the system instead of colleagues. Setup starts at $5,500 and takes four to six weeks.
We already use ChatGPT. What is the difference?
ChatGPT answers from general knowledge and does not know your documents. The system we build works only with your data, shows the source of every answer and keeps files closed to anyone without access. It also goes beyond chat: it drafts proposals, writes summaries and flags open work.

How is the price set, and why dollars?
The discovery and consulting engagement costs $600 and is credited to the build. A build starts at $2,000 for a single workflow, $4,000 for an AI assistant or agent and $5,500 for a company memory. Monthly operations cost $350 or $900. We quote in dollars because most of the services we build on are priced in dollars; invoices are issued in Turkish lira at the Central Bank rate of the day.
How long does a job take?
Automating a single workflow takes two to three weeks, an AI assistant or agent three to five weeks, and a company memory four to six weeks. The first version of a full web or mobile product takes four to eight weeks. We set the exact timeline together at the end of the discovery and consulting engagement.
Where is our data kept?
The system runs on your server or in your own cloud account; your data does not pile up on our side. AI calls are made server-side and data is masked where needed. A fully on-premise setup with no internet access is also possible. We build to KVKK and GDPR requirements.
Our team is not technical. Can they use it?
Yes. Asking the system a question is as easy as writing a message, and training is part of the setup. We take care of the technical side.
Isn't a two-person team a risk?
It's a fair question. We take work at a fixed price and timeline, so the cost of a delay stays with us. We do not take work beyond our capacity, and we say so up front. Two people can carry this volume because our own follow-up and reporting run on AI agents.
What happens after delivery?
Fixes in the first 30 days are on us. After that there is an optional monthly operations package. Without it, the system keeps running.
