TAOS Sales Engine

A desktop tool that collects companies from Google Places and OpenStreetMap, scans each company’s website, scores it from 0 to 100 with AI, and hands the sales team a ranked list.

At most agencies, prospecting is manual work: search the map, open the website, decide whether it is a fit, find an e-mail, write. The TAOS Sales Engine collects that whole loop into one tool. You enter a search term and a city; the engine gathers the companies, scans their sites for signals from tech stack to job postings, scores them with AI and writes the reasoning, leaving you only the decision.

Problem

Lead research eats time while repeating the same questions for every company: what is the site built on, is there a portfolio, is there a mobile app, when was the blog last updated, are they hiring, what is the contact address. The answers are public, but collecting them takes hours.

How it works

The engine runs in four steps. Collect: a search term and a district produce a company pool from Google Places, with OpenStreetMap and CSV import as backup. Scan: each company’s home, about, blog, contact and careers pages are crawled for signals. Score: those signals go to the model, which returns a 0-100 score and a written rationale. Triage: the ranked list is worked through with keyboard shortcuts, and selected companies get a contact and a mail draft.

Highlights

A company pool from one command

A search term and a district are enough. If the new Places API is unavailable the engine falls back to the legacy one, with OpenStreetMap and CSV import as backup sources.

Enrichment through site scanning

Tech stack (e.g. WordPress), portfolio, open positions, mobile app presence, the blog’s last update year, Google reviews, e-mail and phone are extracted automatically.

AI-assisted score and rationale

Every company is scored from 0 to 100, and the reason is written out in a few readable sentences: “runs on WordPress, no mobile app work, an open position on the careers page”.

Signal tags

Tags such as “hiring”, “legacy stack”, “talks AI, no case studies”, “no mobile”, “has e-mail” speed up triage and double as breakdowns in the analytics view.

Keyboard-first triage

A to take, E to drop (with one of seven reasons), space for later, U to undo. Built to work through hundreds of companies without touching the mouse.

Contact lookup and mail drafts

Selected companies get a LinkedIn contact search, manual contact entry and a company-specific mail draft. Duplicate merging and a deliverability check are part of the same flow.
