A booking platform for appointment-based businesses such as hair, beauty and care, made of a website, a business app and a backend. The website is live and the business app is in pilot.
In many appointment-based businesses booking still runs on phone calls and messages: someone asks for a free slot, messages go back and forth, and the booking gets lost between a notebook and a calendar. müsait.co moves that into one system. The business defines its services, staff and opening hours, and the customer picks a slot from a shared link. We designed and built the whole product ourselves: the marketing site, the business app and the backend.
Scope
The platform has three parts. The marketing site (Next.js) explains the product, its pricing and common questions. The business app (React Native and Expo) manages the day's appointments, customer records, services and staff calendars. The backend (NestJS, PostgreSQL and Prisma) is made of 20 modules, including bookings, availability, notifications and permissions.
Status
The website is live at musait.co. The business app is in pilot with its first businesses and is being prepared for closed testing ahead of the store release. This page will be updated as the product reaches the stores.
