aiesec.org.tr
The Turkish website of the world’s largest youth-led organisation, present in 68+ countries. A bilingual, program-driven corporate site built to route visitors into an application.
AIESEC is an international youth organisation that offers university students volunteering, teaching and internship experiences abroad, and connects companies with a global talent pool. The Turkish website brings those two very different audiences together in one structure: students are guided toward programs and applications, organisations toward partnership.
Scope
Alongside sections for the three core programs (Global Volunteer, Global Teacher, Global Talent), the site covers about, stories, blog, project discovery, corporate partnership and contact. Each program has its own explanatory page and call to action.
Approach
The homepage is built around a single goal: move the visitor to the right program and then to the application step. A clear hero call to action, program cards, impact figures, real participant stories and recurring sign-up prompts support that flow. The corporate section is positioned as a separate narrative.

Highlights
Two audiences, one site
The “For Youth” and “For Organisations” split keeps student applications and corporate partnership enquiries from competing with each other.
Program-driven information architecture
Global Volunteer, Global Teacher and Global Talent are presented with a consistent card structure on the homepage and on their detail pages.
Bilingual content
The entire site is available in Turkish and English, so international participants and partner organisations read the same content in their own language.
Stories and blog
Real participant experiences and blog posts are placed along the page flow as social proof that supports the decision to apply.
Accessibility
An accessibility helper is available site-wide, and content and contrast were arranged accordingly.
Fast, cached delivery
Pages are pre-rendered and served from a CDN; when content changes, the page is refreshed in the background.
